4. Final Information

Crisis Care and ac.care after-hours on call service

For any incidents that occur after hours Call Crisis Care on 13 16 11 for support and advice. It is a requirement that carers call Crisis Care to report any medical emergencies that occur after-hours, missing persons (after lodging a missing person’s report with the police) and other emergency situations.

ac.care also offer an after-hours support service which is run by Placement Support Workers and Assessment Staff from all regions. This service can be contacted on 8724 9938.
