About the role
ac.care is seeking Client Service Officers (CSO) as the first point of contact people meet when seeking help – sometimes at very difficult moments in their lives. This role is about more than administration; it’s about human connection. The CSO provides a warm, trauma-informed welcome, listens without judgement, and helps people access the right support quickly and respectfully.
The CSO brings compassion, professionalism and a strong sense of social awareness – understanding that every person’s story is shaped by their culture, community, identity and circumstances. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across programs to deliver information about referral pathways and support services throughout the Limestone Coast, Murraylands and Riverland.
