About the role

ac.care is seeking a Client Service Officer (CSO) as the first person people meet when seeking help – sometimes at very difficult moments in their lives. This role is about more than administration; it’s about human connection. The CSO provides a warm, trauma-informed welcome, listens without judgement, and helps people access the right support quickly and respectfully.

  • Reception and administrative systems run smoothly to enable excellent client service.
  • The site environment reflects inclusion, safety and dignity for all.
  • Support clients to navigate internal and external services.
  • Work collaboratively with program teams to ensure timely and coordinated responses.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client information and referral records.
  • Manage reception, phone, email and room bookings with professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to site teams and visiting services.
  • Contribute to continual improvement of client-facing processes.
